Hi,
I am designing scRNA-Seq experiment on two cancer cell lines grown in specific conditions. I am curious as to what can be considered control in such experiments. In case of primary tumors, one can take adjacent healthy cells as controls.
Also, is a control really required in such a experiment where a few thousand cells are being analysed to find different sub populations. I have been referencing some literature and there seems to be no consensus.
