Hi all,
I'm using TCGA RNAseq data for Isoforms expression level. in one part of my work, I need to map the ids of isoforms to the RefSeq IDs. I tried the following file, but I was able to map just only 20% of IDs. Does anyone knows a better way to do it? I used this file to map my IDs. http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/golde...oRefSeq.txt.gz Also, I attached subset of my IDs which I need to map them to RefSeq IDs. |
