Question Problem with trinity output file

Hi
I used trinity for de novo assembly of transciptome , Trinity.fasta file has ~141,000 sequences. And them seem to be a little short,

1-Is any further assembly step necessary??
I mean i must do additional assembly step for Trinity.fasta???
2-Could anyone please tell me about those tools?

Thanks in advance..,,
