Default PacBio small genome sequencing from SNPsaurus

SNPsaurus is pleased to announce the launch of PacBio small genome sequencing as a service offering. We offer library prep, PacBio Sequel sequencing, Canu assembly, Quiver polishing and Prokka annotation.

PacBio sequencing allows for single contig or near-complete bacterial genome assemblies, and long contigs with fungal and other small eukaryotic genomes.

Visit our website for examples of our pricing: http://snpsaurus.com/small-genome-sequencing/

Bacterial genomes start at $499 for a single 5 Mb genome-size sample, with discounts for larger numbers of samples submitted. Our goal is to make the results useful to you, so please contact us about any special needs or data outputs.

Here's a non-technical blog post showing how PacBio reads can power through a bacterial genome assembly even for a subpar sample with somewhat degraded DNA: http://snpsaurus.com/2017/11/16/the-...uencing-reads/
