Hi All,
We have had an increase in ChIP-seq recently and our protocol for library preparation is a bit kludgy (five total AMPure clean ups). Has anyone written or adapted a program to run on a Sciclone G3? We are unfortunately 'trapped' into using this protocol and are trying to find ways to make it less miserable. There is a similar TruSeq DNA protocol but the adaptor ligation and enrichment steps are different enough to make modification perilous.
Any thoughts, suggestions, or directions to written programs would be much appreciated.
