Problems with LabChip XT collection buffer?
Hello all,
Recently we are using the Labchip XT for SizeSelection in a fragment library prep. As I am doing the sizeselection in 3 steps I have a total volume of 60µl after i'm done. I want to continue with a SureSelect in solution enrichment afterwards and used a speedvac to reduce the volume. However after I was done I noticed that I have only gel left in my tube
. Ofcourse the first thought was that I didn't clean my collection well properly however this is not the case. Did anyone else have problems with this and do you have a solution to my problem?
