Hello everyone,
Last year we performed several runs on SOLiD v. 3.5. We still have a considerable amount of v.3.5 consumables. But the instrument we used has been upgraded to version 4. Since no hardware changes have been made, it is pretty obvious that there should be a way to use v. 3.5 consumables on SOLiD 4. We need to sequence fragment unbarcoded libraries.
Unfortunately we could get nothing upon this opportunity from the local support service. Does anyone have any experience with using v.3.5 reagents on v.4 instrument? I would appreciate any hint.
