Small confusion regarding microplate shaker usage for
Hello Everyone!
In our lab, we will have to prepare library by using Illumina TruSight Rapid Capture Kit. So, according to its protocol, we need to process samples using High Speed Micro plate Shaker (1800 rpm) for 1 minute but right now in lab we have the availability of 1400 rpm shaker. So, can we work around by using 1400rpm shaker for processing samples and instead of 1 minute (as mentioned in protocol), we shake samples for 2 mins or so?
