Default Pulsed field electrophoresis of whole chromosomes

I'm looking for info regarding PFGE of eukaryotic chromosomes. I'd like to separate the three mosquito chromosomes and isolate the smallest of them for sequencing. Does anyone have info regarding this? I've seen it done in the literature but with relatively small -osmids and BACs. I can also use FACS to sort the chromosomes, but PFGE seems a bit easier right now. Thoughts?
