Unhappy Scriputure result problem

One line of Scripture result was show as follows:

chr3L 21398501 21399948 chr3L:21398501-21399948 0.0 - 21398501 21399948 0,0,0 3 243,579,267, 0,538,1180, 0.04718733748129755 2.9675956513679087 1592.0 1.4618916437098255 24.87498320277892 0.49261820525851246 1089.0 0.04718733748129755
I know the meanings of the first 12 columns (in red). I don't know the meanings of left columns (in blue). I checked Scripture website. They don't mention them either.

Does anyone know the meanings of the the blue columns? I'm trying to find out RPKM value.

Wish your help. Thanks a bunch in advance.

Try using this...

perl -ne '@l = split; $l[4]=1; print "@l[0..11]\n";' < chr1.bed > c.bed

I assume that this file is called chr1.bed.
The output will be stored in c.bed
