Annotate coordinates

Hi all
I am wondering if you know a way to determine if a set of chromosome coordinates (chr1:101598917;chr1:101598918;ect), lays in CDS, UTR, Flanking region etc.
In particular the sets of coordinates are SNPs and I wish to keep those that lay in CDS region.

If you have SNP rs designations you can try NCBI batch query - chromosome report
