    internal multiplication of low-complexity regions during cluster building

    Hello

    I am sequencing a custom made library meant to serve for tag counting.
    We configured the machine for pretty long reads (151).

    We observe a large number of duplications happening WITHIN individual reads. (e.g. ATCGATGTGATCGT-tagcctagcga-tagcctagcga-tagcctagcga-ACGATGTCGATCGTAG)

    We suspect that these duplications happen during the cluster building in a flow cell

    I was wondering whether anyone has observed it before and if there are any known ways to fix it
