Hi all,
This Thursday the 19th I have an interview for the position of a laboratory manager in a new commercial DNA sequencing laboratory start up. As part of the presentation I have to give a 10 minute presentation on "the commercial and scientific considerations when setting up a new DNA sequencing laboratory". If anyone out there has any suggestions which from your experience may be useful, especially if they stand out in your mind, could you please let me know. Anything outside the normal, advertising, staff development, research and development etc etc, would be particularly helpful.
