I have some experience working with small RNA sequencing by Illumina, now I am trying to do ChIP-seq, small RNA seq and RNAseq, all with Illumina GAII!

I'm new to this forum but I've been looking at the posts and have found it very helpful.
I also have been worked with small RNA sequencing on a Solexa GAIIx. I'm now trying to move away from wet bench and work more on data analysis as I see a lot of people here are doing too. Hopefully my wet bench experience will be helpful for other members of this forum!
