Hi,
I have a script with multiple steps to analyse RNA-Seq data. One of the steps is running DESeq analysis over the count data, another one is to create wig files from the bam files for visualization. For a meaningful graphs I would like to normalize the wig files. Does it make sense to visualize them according to the size factors values for each sample from the DESeq analysis? Thanks Assa |
