Default Mixture of antibody - ChIP-seq

Hi,

If we want to study interaction of two proteins in transciption, can we use mixture of antibody in ChIP-seq experiment? Is there any references that I can read?

Thanks,

Are you thinking of something similar to a re-ChIP, where you find what DNA is bound to a complex of both proteins? You can do a normal ChIP with one antibody, then after eluting just ChIP that with the 2nd antibody.

It probably wouldn't make sense to put antibodies for multiple proteins in a single IP reaction; that would not distinguish between DNA bound by one protein, or both.
