Hello everyone,
has anyone ever heard of normalization of 16S PCR products of a meta-sample? I was wondering if it's possible, since the sequences will always be somehow complementary, which could make it difficult to get rid of the similar ones. I would like to have a better representation of the different bacterial groups in my samples, so matter their frequency. Any ideas? Cheers, Camila. |
