We are recruiting a Postdoctoral Associate to work on the identification of human-specific changes in developmental gene regulation by integrated analysis of RNA-seq and ChIP-seq datasets. We are using these methods to compare gene expression and map enhancers in human and nonhuman embryonic limb and cortex. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics or a related field, and experience in the analysis of large-scale functional genomics data. For more information, visit us at www.yale.edu/noonanlab.
Interested candidates should send their CV and references to Jim Noonan at noonanlab@gmail.com. Please include the phrase Postdoctoral position in the Noonan lab in the subject line. Last edited by jpnoonan; 08-03-2011 at 11:12 AM. |
