Dear all,
I am working with Blast2GO and exported annotation as GAF file and for further analysis I need to use CLC genomics workbench which is only accepting GFF/GTF or GVF files. Can you help me for file format conversion Thanks AAWT |

I have the same question, from Blast2GO I can export it as a GAF (Gene Annotation File Format 2.0), .annot, GOStat, or GeneSpring Format. Is there a way to merge this data with my .GTF file in order to combine location information with my new Blast/GO data?
Thanks, Jack |

Yes, if you exported GFF file from Blast2GO, you can force import this file in CLC in gene-ontology GFF file format and GFF is required format for CLC.
