Hello all. I'm trying to determine whether it is possible to edit a GAII recipe so that imaging is carried out on a limited number of lanes instead of the whole flowcell. I believe it should be possible, but don't know exactly which lines in the recipe define the imaged lanes.
If anyone is familiar with the recipe structure and can let me know whether this is A. possible and B. what to edit, I'd very much appreciate it. |
