Default 454 Adapter Seq

Hi Guys,
We have some 454 reads from a seq center. However, they can not provide the adapter sequence, since they don't have the adapter sequences from Roche for the 454 library. The name of the adapter used is "mid adapter RL001". Would anyone has any idea what the adapter seq would be or where could I go to ask for the information? Thank you very much!
Best,
Qing

A fair number of results come up if you Google for '454 mid adapters', for example: http://www.dkfz.de/gpcf/426.html

Yes, thanks for your reply! But according to prinseq analysis of the 454 reads, non of them seem to be the adapter seq...How could we justify......

RL = Rapid Library .. altered the google search accordingly gave e.g https://wikis.utexas.edu/display/GSAF/454+-+all+flavors

But your seq center should:

a) provide you with the correct information (or complete)
b) should remove the MID from your dataset for you

my 2p,
Sven
