CNV help
hi,
I currently have cancer DNA PET data segmented in 10kb. I have used DNAcopy, but I would like to find a tool that can give me better segmentation and resolution. can anyone please provide suggestions about tools that i may try out? also, if i was looking to develop/modify an existing tool for in house use where should i begin? any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance |
