Hi,
I'm wondering if there's more information about the Caltech RNA-Seq data on ENCODE and the corresponding microarray data GSE19090. I'm trying to use the data to validate an RNA-Seq analysis method, and because there's not a lot of paired-end data for the MAQC samples, I'm interested in using this data. Thanks! |
