Just noticed a new item in the Illumina catalog:
CT-402-4001 TruSeq® Rapid Duo cBot™ Sample Loading Kit The TruSeq® Rapid Duo cBot™ Sample Loading Kit allows different samples to be loaded onto each lane of a TruSeq® Rapid two lane flow cell using the cBot™ instrument. This kit includes the reagents and manifold needed for sample loading prior to on-board cluster generation. For an extra $400, two independent samples can be run (1 per lane) on the HiSeq2500. Hadn't seen that before and had heard consistently from Illumina that the same sample had to go over the two lanes. A pricey option but an option that is available. |
