someone log into ubuntu as a guest, so sudo apt-get didn't have rights. I log in as admin and everything is fine on the install.
I am running bedtools 2.17.0 and using the mergeBed command I get an error that says comand not found Code:
mergeBed -i hgTables.bed > merged.bed |
