I have installed hg19 for homer but when I try to make a tag directory:
makeTagDirectory my_tagDirectory -checkGC -genome hg19 -format bed myfile.bed I get the following error messages: Couldn't open a sequence file for "1" (home/user/glob/homer//data/genomes/hg19//genome.fa.masked) ...and so on for every chromosome. I tried giving homer the genome in a separate fasta file, and then it works. Any tips on what might be the problem? |
