TruSeq mRNA Elution Buffer
Has anyone tried homemade Elution Buffer (ELB) with a TruSeq stranded mRNA kit? We've run out of buffer before other kit contents, and as the kit is expired Illumina won't send us replacement reagents. We're going to try 10mM Tris 7.5 before we break down and buy a new kit.
