    Is Thermo holding on your orders too?

    We sent an order for S5 chips and reagents in October. Thermo wanted to deliver kits with 1 month expiry date, and we denied the offer. So we agreed they'd send us fresher reagents in January. But right now, they sent us an e-mail claiming that "due to COVID" these reagents are unavailable and they'll only be able to deliver them in March.
