    searching for contigs and paired data

    Hi all,

    does anybody know where i can download both assembled contigs in .fasta and paired-end and/or mate-pair data for a large genome?

    I can never find unfinished contig sequences for large genomes, only finished sequences. Option to assemble myself is impossible, since we don't have enough memory to assemble such large genomes.

    Has someone an idea?
