Default RefSeq accession number to Greengenes id

Hi,
I would like to systematically convert many refseq accession numbers to the id used in Greengenes and rdp detabases. The refseq numbers I have are for different bacteria genomes.
I also have the taxid, so if converting it is easier it can also work.

For example: [refseq ac. id: NC_013209.1 ; taxid: 634452]
>to>
greengenes/rdp id: S004064631.

How can I do it systematically preferably using matlab?

Thank you,
