Default Emulsion PCR for SOLiD Sequencing

I am working on SOLiD Technology for quite some time now. During the P2 enriched beads preparation where a ring of P2 enriched beads onto glycerol layer appears, at times it happens that few of the templated beads are observed attached to the walls of microcentrifuge and i guess these contribute to the polyclonality. So do not ever collect these beads. Can anybody suggest why this happens and how to avoid such condition.
