The site for Watson's genome download
Hi all,
I want to download the genome sequence of personal sequencing to date. I just know that Watson, and a Asian guy's genome have been sequenced. Does anybody know the ftp site for these sequences, or some other personal genome sequences? |

Hi,
I'm also interested in this question. Have you figured out where to obtain the data for the personal genomes of Watson or others such as Venter and James Lupski? Thanks |

You can download the contigs of Craig Venter's and James Watson's genome at ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/pub/TraceDB/Personal_Genomics/.
