Greetings, I have some questions about the SPAdes program that I could use some help with. I was wondering if it is possible to set a minimum contig size for the SPAdes program output.
Also, I was wondering, when using multiple K values, if there was a quick and easy way to determine which of the K values were used to build the final contig assembly files. Any assistance in this matter would be most appreciated. |
