Default demultiplexing fastq data(RNA-Seq data)


I have three fastq files one is the index file with barcodes and two paired end read files.i need help in performing demultiplexing of index file(fastq file) by taking the barcode and search in the paired files and develop new two files that has the id and similar barcode sequences in it

Does any tool or script is available online?or else does any one have the script that help me to find out
