Hi,
I would like to convert back to fastq some reads in .frg format (cabog) or, alternatively, the same reads in .afg (amos) format. Any suggested scripts?? I can't find any script that perform this unusual task as normally people need to do the opposite... Thanks! M Last edited by droid3000; 04-09-2014 at 02:52 AM. |
