  • Cancer cell line whole-genome or exome data

    Hi everybody!
I am beginner with NGS, and I am focusing on cancer cell lines research now. Just want to ask:

Is there any resource that contains whole-genome or exome sequences of different cancer cell lines? Or at least some mutation information data compared to normal human genome?

    Thank you very much!

check out the COSMIC and Broad Institute cell line database....
