The Illumina website actually has a lot of documents about DNA library construction. This is for their DNA library preps. I would set up an account with MyIllumina and go through all the training videos and protocols. Illumina also offers webinars that deal with a variety of topics. They host a lot of webinars on library preps and experiment design. -
