In the most recent software update of Ion Torrent to 4.2.1, 2 files that previously existed in the output directory for a run ("alignment.summary" and "quality.summary") are now missing.
- alignment.summary (located in the root folder of the output directory) contained important metrics such as "Total Mapped Target Bases” and "Filtered Mapped Bases in Q20 Alignments”
- quality.summary (located within the root folder in \basecaller_results) contained important metrics such as "Number of Bases at Q0”, "Number of Reads at Q0”, and "Mean Read Length at Q0”
Does anyone know where these files went to? Or know where these metrics are now located?
