Dear all
I am looking for a provider offering the longer titanium xl+ chemistry for pooled amplicon sequencing. Anyone knows a company already offering the 454 xl+ chemistry with up to 1000bp, the response so far was "planning on installing the new version" but only offers for the titanium chemistry... GS FLX+ chemistry is as of yet only available for shotgun sequencing. For amplicon projects, you are stuck with Titanium read lengths for a while more...
