    Running mate pair samples on MiSeq

    Hi All,

    I am fairly certain that what I am going to ask might have been asked before so forgive me for my ignorance. We are trying to run some mate pair samples in MiSeq which we were told is possible. I wonder if anyone out there may share any tricks or otherwise experience if you have attempted such.

    If you are using TruSeq adapters you can run mate pair libraries.
