    Is there any bioinformatic classes open for beginner in San Diego

    I am a biologist who prepare samples for next-generation sequences. Now I'd like to learn how to analyze the deep-sequencing data using bioinformatic tools. Is there any classes open for the beginner to learn the data analysis? I am in San Diego, the local classes would be great. Thanks
