Hi,
I was wondering whether DESeq2 has this feature, where we can assign a different colData to each row of the countData? To be more specific, what I'm doing so far is that I have a fixed data frame colData, which corresponds to the countData. However, I want to look at this model where one specific column in colData (say, the first column) varies based on the gene (i.e., a row in the countdata matrix) I'm looking at.
