Hi,
Trinity outputs to my understanding components and isoforms, or I think now they call them genes and transcripts, so can someone explain to me what are the different parts of the trinity output header? for example in
c12_g1_i1
what is c, g and i for?
I get for each c12 several g's and for each g several i's. I'm confused!
Thanks
Ilinu
