Workshop: Informatics on High Throughput Sequencing
anybody familiar with these courses? What kind of level is required/needed/not needed?

I am somewhat familiar with this course
 We'll be expecting some mastery of unix (at the level of being able to navigate directory structures and run things from the command prompt). If you have some basic scripting experience (in pretty much any language) it is a plus, but it is not required.Cheers, -Mike |
