Default DeSeq PlotPCA

Hi Fellow DeSeq users,

I have used DeSeq for a few of my expression analyses and was trying to plot a PCA graph (for sample clustering) with the same.

Here is the command i used:


I am getting the following error:

Please give the x-coordinate for a legend.plotPCA
Please give the y-coordinate for a legend.

Has anyone seen this before? Please let me know as I am not that proficient with the package yet and would appreciate any input from you.

Hi AniS, I suspect you've posted in the wrong forum, but... You could try asking your question in an email to the contact address for DESeq listed here:
