Default Hi everyone

I am new to RNA sequencing studies.
Suggest me links or study materials, where I can understand basics of RNA sequencing and which tools should be used for mapping, alignments and processing of sequence results.

Take a look at the materials on WikiBooks. Many of the software packages (e.g. R packages) have their own tutorials/manuals etc that you should be able to easily find. There are plenty of public datasets to get your feet wet before you actually analyze your own data.
