Hi,
we're planning to do several Crispr runs to answer several question relating to translational machinery. I was wondering whether there are prepared libraried for such experiments, or if one need to create his/her own library. If I would like to answer different questions, does it make more sense to use several different libraries, or better to use one bigger, with more gene/sgRNA library. The bigger question is how do I choose which genes should go into the library. Are there any parameters we should consider, or just take a genome-wide library and hope the gene we want are in it? |
