  • Have you had problems with cummeRbund amf GIVZ?

    Hello
I am Ayelen Distefano from Argentina. I work with plants, specificaly with Arabidopsis thaliana
I am triyng to analyze my RNAseq data with cummerbund.
My problem is that when I try to obtein the gene model from my gene, I have nothing

    If I try with:
    <genetrack<-makeGeneRegionTrack(myGene)
    #Error in `[.data.frame`(features(object), , featCols) :
    # undefined columns selected

I suppoused the problem is that R could not find a genome associated with my data because:

    <head(features(myGene))
    #[1] feature_id gene_id isoform_id seqnames source type start
    #[8] end score strand frame
    # 0 rows> (or 0-length row.names)

I have set up my working directory in the cuffdiff folder. Have I to paste another file there? I mean, a file with the reference to my geneome?

I hope you could help me
    Thanks you very much

    Strategies for Sequencing Challenging Samples
    by seqadmin

Despite advancements in sequencing platforms and related sample preparation technologies, certain sample types continue to present significant challenges that can compromise sequencing results. Pedro Echave, Senior Manager of the Global Business Segment at Revvity, explained that the success of a sequencing experiment ultimately depends on the amount and integrity of the nucleic acid template (RNA or DNA) obtained from a sample. “The better the quality of the nucleic acid isolated...
