Does anyone use option --fuzzy before?
I didn't see the option in bowtie's manual,but when I runned bowtie.
it occurs the result:
Encountered a space parsing the quality string for read FQ7FOXL01EXY1V
If this is a FASTQ file with integer (non-ASCII-encoded) qualities, please
re-run Bowtie with the --integer-quals option. If this is a FASTQ file with
alternate basecall information, please re-run Bowtie with the --fuzzy option.
I have tested this option with --best,option(1)--best option(2)--best --fuzzy,
The result of two options were the same.
If anyone know about --fuzzy,please tell me!!! Thanks
