Hello everyone,
I am new to NGS and have a general question about which kit to use for preparing libraries. As anyone used and compared the Scriptseq v2 and TruSeq stranded kit and which one would you recommend? From what I understand both methods give indication on directionality but TruSeq stranded kit is more amenable to high throughput than Sriptseq as all the steps are included in the kit (starts with total RNA and include ribo-Zero kits) whereas these steps are not included in the ScriptSeq kit. If you have compared both kits could you please share your opinion? Thanks! |
